Allah (swt) has allowed the sick person break his fast because of illness . It has also allowed the same to protect travelers if their health is affected during the trip. Travel involves physical effort and difficulties that require proper nutrition for the body has the necessary energy. This is the reason the traveler is offered this exception and thus may protect against disease.
Allah says: "If anyone of you is ill or suffering an ailment in his head must atone by fasting or giving alms or by a sacrifice ... "(2:196)

It has a kind of exclusive and proper remedies for the heart (remedies for the mind and emotions) that taught us the Prophet (saw). The heart is healed when it acquires knowledge of his Lord and Creator, and by learning from His Names, Attributes, orders, recommendations and prohibitions. The more you practice this learning will be healthier and stronger that heart. The heart becomes healthier if you choose to obey Allah and is pleased with it, that when he delights in those sins and earthly desires. There is no life, health or strength to the heart but with this method, which can only be followed through the examples of the prophets.
is a mistake to think you can heal and save your heart with any other method than the guidance of Allah (swt). The more you stick to this being true, you'll be stronger and healthier and the more you move away from the guidance of Allah more misery and more pain you will find. The reflection of what we may be reflected in our eyes and faces, and so there are both faces and eyes glowing like grieving faces and eyes and dark. The reason is our relationship with guide Allah. We must carefully consider our sincerity above all else. The heart that is dead is the one who follows his desires and feel no remorse, nor any appreciation when they commit the greatest sins.
The greatest sins occur when the heart understands what good and bad and vice versa. Cree will find happiness and satisfaction when you cut yourself to a height below the animals because they have no reason and act purely on instinct. A man who behaves this way has really lost his manhood, and it does not benefit the mind that Allah (swt) has given. Therefore they are immersed in darkness and in his short Understanding believe they are safe, there is still time and they are healthy when they actually have most of the diseases.
