What exciting these days of bird migration, out to discover the surprise of a rain of birds! To enjoy the small forest birds, nothing better than choosing an isolated patch of vegetation, as an urban park (better if you also have shrubs of trees), a coastal grove in the wilderness, a tamarisk in the desert, a minimum clump together the coast or isolated in a plain or near a wetland, including a private garden. For wading birds (and other waterfowl), a mouth of the ravine in the sea, a small shallow wetlands or large banks, a bank of wet sand or mud in a river or a rice ...
If, between mid-February and the end of May (even early June) we visited daily, or as often as we can, the surprise is assured: nearly every day we find a number of individuals and diversity of different species and, from time to time, depending on weather and wind conditions, an impressive shower of these nocturnal migrants. These days everything seems crammed with birds, or the wetland waders, sometimes with a majority of a single species, others with a good number of copies of several of these and countless other species represented by only one or a few birds. As a complement to the show, it's time to spring oddities "you going to lose?
