May Peace and Blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah, about his family, his disciples and all who shared their guide.
Many have asked about the verdict of Allah on the conclusion of a "Birth of the Prophet." Also wondered about honors you pay on that day, on greetings in your favor and other customs and rites that are customary in the so-called "birth."
The answer to these questions is: It is a sin. It is not permissible to celebrate the birth of the Prophet (sallallaahu alehi wa sallam) nor anyone else, because that would be an innovation invented religion. The Prophet (sallallaahu alehi wa sallam) did nothing about this, nor did the Julafá Rashidin (Righteous successors of the Prophet) or other Sahaabah, nor the pious followers of them in the golden age of island These people, despite being the wisest in religion, never practiced these "births."
is proven that the Prophet said (sallallaahu alehi wa sallam): "Whoever alters some of this issue by introducing something alien to it, will be rejected." He said: "Follow my Sunna and that of my successors, the Rightly Guided Caliphs. Hold on to it tooth and nail. Beware of innovations in religion, because every innovation is a Bid'ay bid'a any means destruction. " In both hadith found a strict prohibition of creating innovations in religion or follow those who create innovations. Allah said:
"But if the messenger gives you something, accept it. And if something forbids you, abstain. " (59:7)
"beware those who disobey his order lest a trial afflict them or afflict them a painful punishment." (24:63)
"In the messenger of Allah ye have, indeed, a beautiful model who has Allah and the Last Day and remembers Allah much." (33:21)
"Allah is pleased with the most distinguished-The first of the emigrants and helpers," and those who followed them in their good works. They will also be pleased he has prepared them gardens underneath which rivers flow they will abide for ever This is the supreme triumph. " (9:100)
"Today I have perfected your religion for you, completed My favor upon you and I pleased that your religion is Islam." (5:3)
There are many other verses in the Qur'an that say the same.
Note that: The fact is introduced, long after the end of revealing the Qur'an, the celebration of Mawlid "implies that Allah had not yet completed the religion for our religion, or that the Messenger of Allaah had informed us all that we should continue until these people came and invented new practices for the religion of Allah, when Allah had not authorized such practices. In an authentic hadith, Abdullah bin Omar tells us that the messenger of Allah said:

Muhammad (sallallaahu alehi wa sallam) was the last of the prophets, the most complete and most eloquent admonitor. The worst are the bid'a, for all bid'a means destruction. "
The verses of the Quran and the hadith of the Prophet (sallallaahu alehi wa sallam) in this regard are many. In addition, a large number of scholars ulamá declared the illegality of these "Maulid" and barred its implementation based on the evidence already mentioned. It is true that some scholars of more recent times, said allowed the practice of these "Mauler", provided they do not include sin or diversion, as the hype surrounding the Prophet (sallallaahu aleihim wa salam), the promiscuity of men and women, the use of musical instruments and other customs that are strongly prohibited by Islamic law. Ulamá latter thought that this innovation would bring a good (bid'a Hasana), however, the principle of the Act is to submit the issues discussed at the verdict of the Quran and the Sunnah of the Prophet (sallallaahu alehi wa salam). Allah said:

Allah said of the Jews and Christians:
"They say: 'None shall enter paradise but Jews or Christians." Those are their desires. Say: 'Bring forth your proof if ye are truthful "(2:111)

The celebrants raise their prayers to them and ask for help and support and believe they know what is hidden. All this implies disbelief (Kufr) and is unfortunately, not uncommon among people who usually hold the "Mauler" of the Prophet (sallallaahu alehi wa sallam) and others, who called aulio. The Prophet Muhammad (sallallaahu alehi wa sallam) said: "Beware of exaggeration in religion, because what destroyed your predecessors was not extreme exaggeration in religion."
The Prophet (sallallaahu alehi wa sallam) said: "Do not exaggerate about my position as the Christians exaggerated Jesus son of Mary. By the way, I am only a servant, say it: Servant and Messenger of God. " This story was recorded by Al Bukhari in his Sahih, a narration of Omar bin al Khattab.
And it's really surprising that people who attend with devotion and diligence of these celebrations illegal and advocates, while not satisfied with what Allah be expressly ordered to attend Friday prayers. This is unfortunately the most absurd and wrong that can be done. The Prophet (sallallaahu alehi wa sallam) is a man, not leave his deathbed until the Day of Judgement, is not presented in person to anyone or attend these celebrations. Allah said:
"Then, after this you will die. Then the Day of Resurrection, you will be resurrected. " (23:15-16)

"Allah and His angels send blessings on the Prophet Believers Ye blessings on him and salute him! ". (33:56)
The Prophet Muhammad (sallallaahu alehi wa sallam) also said: "Whoever exalts me once will be exalted by Allah ten times." This exaltation is something permissible at any time, it is usually done at the end of salat ritual, some scholars even say that it is obligatory. Also get used to this excitement at the end of the Adhan, every time you mention the Prophet (sallallaahu alehi wa sallam) and during the day Friday. This practice is recommended by many hadiths that indicate so.
