Antonio Martín Giménez, Rafael Severino Perrotta, Luis Carlos Liberatore Zambrini and founded in 1908 Commercial The Chronicle, whose original purpose was to provide a means of communication with partners of the reporting institution La Comercial, a Latin American company services credit information created 16 years earlier. The Commercial existed for 50 years and during that time collected, filed and made reports on the accounts of its partners, while reporting on the failures that occurred in the market.
